Privacy Policy
Usahm (usahm.info) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what little data we handle and why.
What we collect
We use only functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, such as remembering your language preference between English, French, and Dutch. These cookies contain no personal information and expire automatically.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, social media pixels, or fingerprinting of any kind. We do not build profiles of our readers, and we do not follow you across other websites.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
- We never share information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never require an account or registration to read the magazine.
Server logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time of request, page requested) for security and stability purposes. These logs are automatically deleted after a limited period and are never used for marketing.
If you write to us, we use your email address solely to reply to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit request, and we delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given how little we collect, this is usually straightforward.
Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@usahm.info. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. This policy may be updated occasionally; the current version is always published on this page.
